Virginia R. Waldron is a certified consulting hypnotist. She received her training and certification in hypnosis through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) in 2000.  In June of that year she went down to Wytheville, VA to take a training intensive with Henry Bolduc in past life regression therapy.  Since then she has been an active member in the International Association for Regression Research and Therapy, IARRT.  In 2002 she received her board certification in past life regression therapy through the International Board For Regression Therapy or IBRT.  In 2004 she returned to Virginia to train in Life between lives therapy, or Spiritual Regression therapy through the National Association for Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. In 2007 she received her certification in Life Between Lives therapy through the Newton Institute, based on the work of Dr. Michael Newton and his books, "Journey of Souls" and "Destiny of Souls".

Today Virginia continues her private practice at The RoseHeart Center, where she offers clients guidance in past life regression and life between lives or spiritual regression, as well as transpersonal or soul journeys. Virginia works with clients on a one-on-one basis, as well as teaches classes on Reincarnation, Past Lives, Life Between Lives, Stress Management, Working with Spirit Guides, & Angels. She teaches classes at the RoseHeart Center as well as BOCES in E. Syracuse, Cortland, West Genesee High School and OASIS in Shoppingtown Mall.  

Virginia's specialty is  what she calls age regression. Age Regression is a form of regression that guides the client into the past (be it early childhood or past lives or spiritual realms) to find the origins of the problem or difficulty.  Age regression includes past life regression and life between lives regression (also know as soul journeys). These techniques promote deep healing from within, through enhancing awareness and enlightenment, releasing emotional blocks and barriers, and forgiveness.

Past life regression is an aspect of age regression that moves the client into memories or images that may come from a previous existence or lifetime. This part of the process is client-based, determined by the client and their higher mind. Whatever belief system the client holds to, this is a powerful technique for growth and enlightenment.

Life between lives or spiritual regression is a very specialized and intense level of work. During an LBL session the client moves to a higher awareness of self in the spirit realm, working with their spirit guides and soul groups to better understand the lessons and work of their soul’s journey. It takes approximately 4 hours and brings a new level of insight and understanding to the client. It is not to be taken lightly or done without the specific training and preparation such as Virginia has received.

Virginia R. Waldron has been helping people heal themselves since 2000. She has a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Vermont College. Virginia received her professional training and certification in hypnosis through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). She works with smoking cessation, weight loss and management as well as chronic pain management.

Virginia studied age regression and past life regression therapy with Henry Bolduc at one of his Intensive Training programs in Wytheville, VA. She is certified in past life regression through the International Board for Regression Therapy (IBRT). Virginia is also certified in life between lives techniques through the Newton Institute. This work is  based on Dr. Michael Newton’s work which he wrote about  in his books Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls. 

Virginia uses the term age regression for much her work, which includes both current life and past life exploration. Previous lives, as well as childhood trauma, contribute to current mental, emotional, physical and spiritual problems. Becoming aware of trauma which may have occurred in childhood and the emotional reaction to it can help one defuse the unconscious behaviors associated with it, thereby gaining a greater control over one's life. This is also true of any traumatic material in past lives and any associated emotions.

Virginia sees clients on an individual basis in her office at the RoseHeart Center in Fayetteville, NY. She also offers classes and workshops on hypnosis, past life journeys, life between lives and inner realm exploration.  These classes and workshops on past life regression and spiritual regression, working with small groups to help bring a better understanding of what this level of work is about, and the benefits it provides in terms of health, healing, personal growth and spiritual integrity. We are all spiritual beings on an earthly journey.
