Karma,
Reincarnation & Past Life Journeys:
Tuesday, February 12th & 19th
This two week class looks at: What does Karma and Reincarnation
mean? Why do we forget our past lives? What part of us survives
death? What is the eternal part of the human experience? What are
past lives, exactly? What are my past lives and how are they connected
to my current lifetime? How many past lives have I had? Why do I
keep coming back? What are my lessons and missions in each lifetime?
We will be discussing our soul’s journeys and how each lifetime
adds another chapter to our soul’s progression. Virginia will have
many stories and examples from her practice illustrating how past
life regression is a powerful healing modality, helping us release
our fears and blocks so we can live each life for the greatest and
highest and most loving good.

Where are we when we are not incarnated in a body? What kind of
experiences do we have in the spiritual realms? What about guides,
soul family, soul mates? If we are co-creators in our lifetimes,
how does this process happen? Join How is each lifetime set up?
Virginia as she shares what she has learned through many Spiritual
Regressions about what happens to our soul when we pass over! This
class is based upon the work of Dr. Michael Newton and his book,
Journey of Souls.

Dealing With Stress:
In this class explore self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques we
can use to allow ourselves to move into guided trance and meditative
states. We all have stress in our lives and we all know how it affects
us in body, mind & spirit. We will explore techniques such as
HeartBreath and Guided Imagery that we an use every day to feel
and live better! This is a good introductory class to Virginia's
next level of classes, working with Spirit Guides and Animal Guides.

Getting to Know and Work with Your Spirit Guides:
Thursday, March 6th & 13th
Even when we feel alone sometimes, are we really? Our Spirit Guides
and animal guides walk beside us, helping, guiding and supporting
us along our journey. Everybody has them. Who are they, really?
How do we communicate with them? How do we work with them to co-create
the life we want to live? Over two weeks, through lecture, discussion,
journal writing, and guided meditations we will explore this greater
awareness of our connection with the spirit realm.
Seven Rays 5:30 to 8pm $40 for series

Healing Through Time
Sunday, March 2nd
This experiential workshop in exploring past life journeys is ideal
for anyone who wants to see for themselves what a past life experience
can be like. Virginia provides a safe environment and keeps the
journeys pleasant and comfortable in this group activity. For anyone
who has taken a class or read a book on past lives, and wants to
see for themselves, this workshop offers an opportunity to step
into a past life in a safe and guided environment.
During the 4 hours there will two journeys and time in-between to
write in journals and share experiences. This kind of group support
helps newcomers feel safe and at ease. Virginia also has available
CDs with guided past life journeys so you can continue to explore
on your own.
Seven Rays: 1 to 5pm: $45

Inner
Guidance Intensive
With Virginia R. Waldron
In this intensive we will be exploring our Inner Guidance as we
connect with our Spirit Gudies, Angels, and animal spirit guides
through guided meditation and loosely structured journeys. We will
begin with some simple grounding and centering using breathwork
and imagery to raise our energic vibrations and strengthen the connection
with our higher being. We will then journey together to meet our
Spirit Guides and animal guides and with them travel and explore
the vast realms that are within each of us, including going to the
Rainbow Bridge. This workshop builds on the preliminary work done
in the earlier classes, Getting to Know and Work with Your Spirit
Guides (March), although it is not a pre-requisite. With this level
of energetic work we can all deepen and strengthen the connection
with our Inner Guidance System.
