Soul Echoes is a concise, no-nonsense approach to the understanding and use of past-life therapy. Dr. Freedman has a great deal of experience using past life regression as a modality for healing and growth with her clients.  In a clear and concise manner she shares her own conclusions about the human journey, both as a scientist, a healer and a human being.  A must have for any reader of past life journeys.  

This is one of my favorite books about past life journeys.  It is not about  the experiences of many people with past life regression, but of one person, one man who took a dare and allowed it to change his life!  This tale is improbable in more ways than one: Indianapolis police homicide commander Snow offers a dryly nonplused account of his discovery of his "past life" as 19th-century portrait painter Carroll Beckwith. Snow participated in (and taped) a therapeutic "recovered memory" session on a dare.  He was going to use his training and experience, as a scientifically trained detective and police officer to prove that past life regression was a fraud.  However, once he was hypnotized, he experiened far more than he expected, including a series of clear images and recollections that seemed even then strangely plausible, despite his cop's hard-nosed, empirical perspective. Later, when he walked into a New Orleans gallery at random and confronted a painting that had appeared to him in his vision, he determined to put his detective's investigative skills to work and research congruencies between his "memories" and the artist's life. Snow tells his story honestly and with self-aware humor, as if he were sitting across a table in a coffee house, in a direct and descriptive style. Snow has the courage of his convictions, even when it risked his credibility as a professional detective. This provocative book is a must read for anyone who wants to better understand reincarnation and past lives.  

Dr. Weiss is my personal hero, although I have never met him.  His work and his books showed me where to put my feet to create the path I wanted to follow and I have never looked back.  His work is amazing and his understanding of the realms of human experience priceless.

This was the first book of Dr. Weiss' that I read.  I had just heard of him and his work and this book changed my life.  It formed the model for my own career path, with Dr. Weiss as my role model for what I wanted to be when I grew up. At a time in my life when I did not know what my next step was going to be, I listened to an interview with Dr. Weiss about this book.  In my heart I knew "that is mine", and everything else just fell into place.  

For many years, psychiatrist Weiss ( Many Lives, Many Masters ) used hypnotic regression as a treatment, but not until one patient apparently regressed to a previous life did he consider that the key to a host of his patients' current psychological problems might lie in the lives they conceivably had lived hundreds, even thousands, of years earlier. Using case histories of patients whose troubles with physical illness, relationships, obesity, substance abuse and grief had eluded traditional treatments, Weiss makes a convincing argument for the notion that they had lived "past lives" and for past life therapy. While some readers are sure to remain skeptical, the case histories are riveting narratives. 

Henry Bolduc was my first teacher in past life regression therapy, in 2000.  I was new to this path and determined to make it my own. With Henry's help, that is exactly what I have done.
